Your mission
  • Strategic Leadership: Development and implementation of a strategic business go-to-market plan to achieve the company's goals in Spain to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
  • Market Analysis: Continuous monitoring of local market trends and competitors in the Automotive and FinTech scene
  • Customer Relationship Management: Acquire new clients and customers for the Spanish market and setup a partner network to strengthen the company's reputation and market presence
  • Sales and Marketing: Set milestones for the market, develop the strategy to conquer the market, acquire and write the first success stories with lighthouse customers and continuously keep track of the entire process. 
  • Team Management: building, coaching and supporting a local sales team
  • Financial Management: managing the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control to ensure sustainable profitability
  • Reporting: Regular reporting to the head office in Cologne on country performance, market insights and strategic recommendations
Your profile
  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship or comparable
  • You see your strengths in the area of Business Development, Sales and Networking
  • Ideally, you have already successfully built and scaled digital B2B Business Models and acquired and onboarded customers in the SaaS sector 
  • You are flexible, able to adapt quickly and have a high degree of independence
  • You are business fluent in Spanish and English and keen to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Last but not least: you like to laugh and enjoy working in a team :-)
